We are launching a new competition in search for the ideal candidate to fill our new position of myracing’s Official Racecourse Enclosure Tester for the 2020.

The winning candidate will win every diehard and casual racegoers’ dream day out for the whole year as their dream job. The job involves dressing to the nines to visit racecourses on raceday and enjoying the action in the luxury of the finest enclosures the courses have to offer – all while overindulging on huge choice of food and drink on the menu. Drinking on the job is allowed.

They will be required to rank the overall experience of each day and report back to myracing with their findings, while possibly being called upon to provide content for the myracing social media accounts.

It’s the opportunity of a lifetime. Up your Instagram game by living the high life at the most prestigious racecourses around the country, while being treated like royalty and possibly taking home some handy winnings along the way.

Who is the promoter?

The promoter is myracing – Whitefriars, Lewins Mead, Bristol, BS1 2NT

What is the promotion?

The title of the promotion is “myracing’s Official Racecourse Enclosure Tester for 2020”.

How can I enter?

The entry dates are from 9am GMT Tuesday 21st January to 9pm GMT on Tuesday 11th February.

The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 12th February by myracing.

To partake in this promotion, you will need to:

Complete the entrance form on the myracing website by filling in your contact details.

The winner will be picked at random by myracing employees.

By entering this promotion, the customer is opting-in to this promotion and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By entering the promotion, the winner accepts his/her details to be used for promotional activity by myracing and to follow the guidelines discussed while completing the trips to racecourses.

Who is eligible to enter?

The competition is open to UK residents ages eighteen (18) years or over.

In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize.

The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.

There is a limit of one entry to the promotion per person.

How will the winner be announced:

The winner will be contacted personally via myracing via the email provided during entering.

The winner will be announced on Friday 14th February via myracings’ social media pages.

How can the prize be claimed:

The Prize must be claimed by the winner and no third party may claim the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the announcement, myracing reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Time.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner was unable to take up the prize.

Prize includes:

Enclosure tickets for the winner and a friend to the 4 big race days, Cheltenham, Goodwood, Ascot and The Grand National.

The competition is not sponsored by, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the UK horseracing industry.

Data protection:

When entering the competition, the entrant agrees that any personal information provided may be stored and used by the promotor when administering the prize draw.

Closed accounts:

Email accounts that have been closed during the time of the competition will not be eligible to claim their prize.

Disqualification:

myracing reserves the right to disqualify winners if:

·       The promoter cannot verify the accounts details

Publicity:

The promoter may release the name of the winner on their social media pages and website, and to the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Codes if required to do so.

General:

If myracing have any reason to believe that any customers/entrants have breached the terms and conditions, they reserve the right to exclude the customer/entrant from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
