Fresh off the back of Owen Goulding’s monster soft ground double winner just over a week ago, Adrian Wall will try to repeat the feat. He has found two horses running at big odds who are both proven winners in the mud.
Make sure you check out our free horse racing tips on the website as we are in terrific form at present. The double can be backed with William Hill and was 374-1 at the time of posting.
Just So Cool is having his first run for the Matt Sheppard stable here and looks very overpriced at first glance. He was backed off the boards when going on to land a 12-runner handicap at Market Rasen over the extended 2m 4f on debut for Tom Symonds in November.
The ten-year-old ran no sort of race next time up at Hereford in an apprentice handicap. However, he is just two pounds higher than when successful in November so the market could tell the story. All of his best form is on ground with soft or heavy in the description.
The Some Dance Kid would be a huge player in this if he was to get his act together again. Donald McCain’s eight-year-old Shantou gelding was pulled up on his only start since February 2020 at Wetherby in October.
He was a winner of four of his first six starts and three of those had soft in the going description. A former course and distance winner and the fact David Bass has been booked for the ride, he has to be of interest in this at the prices.
