Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of ITV Racing outsiders and he has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds on Saturday. Make sure you check out our free horse racing tips for the weekend, and remember, always bet responsibly.
Karl Burke’s Marshman (14/1) has a very patchy record but has a big chance if he is back on a going day. Owned by Nick Bradley, the son of Harry Angel won a French Group 3 last year and he went very close the last time he ran at this level which was at Doncaster in March.
Irish raider Powerful Lady should be half the price she currently is in view (12/1 at the time of writing this article) and I’ll be disappointed if she doesn’t hit the frame at the very least. Fourth in a 5f Cork maiden on her debut, she was beaten less than half a length, and both the second and the third have come out to win subsequently. She has a nice draw to attack from and looks set to run a huge race.
Richard Fahey is in really hot form at present and with that in mind it would be no surprise to see No Nay Nicki (20/1) go off a much shorter price. She won at Pontefract on fast ground in the past and was successful off 75 at Thirsk last September. She’s now back down to that same winning mark and the hood, which worked well the only time it was tried in the past, is refitted which could spark some improvement after a poor effort last time.
