4.55 Tipperary – Thank You To All The Frontline Workers Maiden Hurdle

There is very little to recommend Svenman on the bare form that is in the book. Pulled up in both point runs, he hinted at promise in an opening start over hurdles for this yard at Kilbeggan. That was over two and a half miles, looking to find others too pacey on that tight track from the second last which is not a surprise given the front pair are both smart types.

He is up to three miles here for his second start in a maiden hurdle which ought to suit him. His dam is a half-sister to Tazbar who was a smart type for Keith Reveley back in the day. This is only eleven days down the line which is a short enough turnaround given he hadn’t been seen since January 2020 prior to that but the money should be respected.
