Adrian Wall’s 50p each-way Lucky 15 could return £104,000 on Tuesday

Adrian Wall knows how to spot a big priced winner and is back with four tasty selections for Tuesday’s racing action. The four horses could return £104,000 in a Lucky 15 with William Hill at the time of posting for a £0.50p each-way unit stake.

1.00 Yarmouth

The John Berry-trained Eljaytee has shown very little in three career runs to date but handicaps was clearly always the plan for this gelding. It is interesting that on handicap debut connections drop him down to 6f for the first time. It is an unusual move considering the horse ran between 1m and 1m2f thus far in his career. He should be seen to better effect in this company.

2.50 Musselburgh

This is one of Keith Dalgleish’s favourite hunting ground and he sends out former course winner Caballero. He doesn’t stay 1m2f so his latest run at Ayr can be excused or possibly even marked up as he ran as well as could have been expected. Now 2lb lower than when sent off favourite for a handicap here in June, he is interesting even though he completely flopped on that occasion. The 16-1 could look huge come race time.

5.45 Newbury

Saffie Osborne is having a great year and is excellent value for her 5lb claim. She takes the ride on Amanda Perrett’s You’re Hired here who looks overpriced at first glance. He won over this trip at Bath on his penultimate start and things didn’t work out stepped up to 1m2f at Newmarket when last seen. Back to a mile will suit just 2lb above last winning mark.

7.15 Newbury

Richard Kingscote is a top jockey booking aboard Ali Stronge’s Helluvaboy, who looks way overpriced judged on his recent second at Leicester on handicap debut. Sent off a rank 100-1 outsider on the day, he remains unexposed and can race from an unchanged mark so a big run is on the cards up in trip.
