These weeks in the run-up to Cheltenham can really drag, but not when you’re following @myracingtips on Twitter! We had more celebrations this week landing a 9/1 Win Acca, a juicy 25/1 Each Way Double and we followed up on Thursday with a cracking 40/1 Early Value Tip, Purple Paddy, who rocketed at Kempton home under John Fahy. Thursday’s winner was backed all the way into 9/1, as always it helps to be Early, so you can find our Early Value Tip onsite by around 8pm every evening.

How The 40/1 Early Value Won

As mentioned the money did really pour in for the selection but John Fahy was in no rush to gun out of the stalls, he let his mount pop out before angling towards the rail before coming back out to avoid traffic. He settled about 3/4 way down the field on the outside of the group, probably not where the jockey ideally wanted to end up as he kicked early enough on the bend but his mount was more than willing and really responded for pressure the whole to the line to watch nicely. A big son of Swiss Spirit who may not be finished winning just yet if tonight’s run was anything to go by.
