Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of horse racing outsiders and he has picked out several horses who should outrun their large odds on Friday. Check out our free horse racing tips page for expert selections every day. Best of luck if you have a play and remember, always bet responsibly.
Roger Fell’s horses are running well at present and Trabajo Detecho (16/1) should give a very good account of himself here. The son of Bated Breath was rather unlucky when third at Newcastle in September, badly hampered. He probably wouldn’t have won but he would have finished much closer and it’s interesting he drops down to 6f for the very first time now.
Testing Faith (18/1) was last seen finishing last of the six runners at Redcar 111 days ago, but is having his tapeta debut from a very handy mark on his return to action. He finished second on the all weather at Kempton in the past so the surface shouldn’t be a problem and the drop back down in trip should suit. Likely outsider off a reasonable mark here.
Long Call (14/1) has been running over hurdles and fences in the main this year, but interestingly his sole Flat run of the year resulted in an eye-catching third place finish at Chepstow over 1m2f back in June. That was off a mark of 69 and the horse is now running from a 1lb lower mark. He hasn’t set the world alight over jumps but Tony Carroll is a shrewd operator in this sphere and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a gallant effort on the level.
