The battle for European club football’s biggest prize resumes this week with four crucial Champions League Last 16 second leg fixtures scheduled to played across the continent on Tuesday and Wednesday.
As always, supporters across Europe will be hoping that their team can hit as many high notes as the competition’s famous anthem, though some will be more confident of success than others.

Borussia Dortmund win
Dortmund are 3 down from the first leg and will need to come out all guns blazing this week to have any chance of turning the tie around. The German giants are unbeaten in 16 of their 17 or 94% of their home games in 2018/19.
Tottenham are without a win in 3 and Spurs have lost 100% of their most recent 4 away fixtures. Spurs have also won only 1 of their last 6 Champions League away matches.
Real Madrid & Both Teams To Score
Real Madrid have lost only 3 of their last 39 Champions League home matches at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Real have kept only 2 clean sheets in their last 14 fixtures in all competitions since mid-January, and both teams scored in 64% of those games.
Similarly, both teams found a successful route to goal in 64% of Ajax’s 14 Champions League games to date in 2018/19. Both teams hit the net in 11 of Ajax’s last 13 (84.6%) UCL away matches since 2013.
Both Teams To Score
PSG have kept just a single clean sheet in their 7 Champions League contests so far this season. In total, both teams scored in 10 of the Parisian’s last 11 Champions League matches in a sequence stretching back to November 2017.
Man Utd conceded at least once in 71% of their last 21 Champions League away fixtures. Both teams registered in 65% of United’s 20 away matches in all competitions this term overall. Man Utd scored in 100% of those 20 away contests.
FC Porto win
Portuguese champions FC Porto have won 15 of their last 16 matches at home across domestic and continental competitions. Porto have a 100% win record at home in the Champions League this season.
Roma have won only 5 of their 14 away games in all competitions during their 2018/19 campaign so far. The Italian outfit have lost 6 of their last 7 Champions League fixtures on the road, and they have won just 2 of their last 19 UCL away games in total since November 2010.
