9.30pm Crayford Race Preview 24/07/2018

Crayford Greyhound Racing

The second runner for the myracing greyhound syndicate on Tuesday night at Crayford is Droopys Hyde, back at the track with a bang last week in an S5. Crayford and Sheffield will form our greyhound tips on Tuesday night.

9.30pm Crayford 24/07/2018 A7 Grade

Trap 1 Deecees Snowey – One of a number in here who has shown her best form over a longer trip, she is just 1/10 when competing in this grade. She won an A6 in April, the 23.90 she produced there her best time over 380m. Occasional early pace but not consistent.

Trap 2 Droopys Hyde – Back with a bang at S5 level last time out, making every yard of the running. He produced a 23.86 over this trip when grading back in which would be enough to win most A7’s, but he is yet to score over this trip and will need to trap clever from here.

Trap 3 Kingdom Ruler – Plenty of early pace in his arsenal, just run down close home last time out. He has just a 4/33 record at the track so is far from a regular winner but he should give supporters a bold sight from the front.

Trap 4 Quivers Sparky – Only a baby but has already clocked up wins in A9 and A8 in his five starts. He has fair early for this grade but will need to do better than his 24.07/24.08 he has produced if he is to go the long way round the 3 to victory.

Trap 5 Bit View Alannah – A2 on the 10th April, she missed a couple of months of action, reappearing in an A6 last week. Still a puppy, she has plenty of early pace and although her best is only 23.82, she needs plenty of respect dropping further to this level.

Trap 6 Bullseye Lola – A strong stayer, she won over 8 bends back in April. Produced a smart second in this grade earlier in the month, she would be a danger to all if she were to turn handy to the pace.

Conclusion

A tidy little A7 this with 3 of them (including Hyde) showing their best form at this track over further. A quick starter in 3 isn’t ideal for Hyde, heading into the first bend with a dog in front on his outside but this is a winnable opportunity if he brings his best. 4 is a nice looking prospect with 5 competing 5 grades higher just a few months ago.
