GIFTED MASTER loves his racing at this course, five wins and two seconds in nine visits. This is the first time that he has run in a handicap, he may well get a relatively soft time of things on the front end which makes him very dangerous. Mr Lupton won this race last year, but that is a fair way above the rest of his form. He clearly likes the track so although that has to be taken with a pinch of salt, he needs respect. Ekhtiyaar lost him unbeaten Newmarket record last time, but he was sent off favourite for that race so is entitled to do better for that return.
