William Buick bids to follow up four-timer with 59-1 double at Epsom on Wednesday 🎯

Monday was a good day for champion jockey William Buick. He came away with four winners and a narrow second from five rides at Windsor, which is an impressive return. With no rides on Tuesday, his next two rides are set to be at Epsom on Wednesday.

7.25 Epsom

Lil Guff (3-1, bet365) has been in fine form of late, winning two of her last three starts. Her winning streak was broken at Haydock last time out but she ran well and finished second. On that evidence, she has to be of interest, running off the same mark here. The return to 6f shouldn’t be a problem as the sharp track is likely ensure a suitable test of speed. Buick was on board when she scored at Sandown on her penultimate start and a return to winning ways could well be on the cards.

8.30 Epsom

Enough Already (14-1, bet365) has won once in three starts over 1m2f so the return to this trip shouldn’t be a problem. That victory came at Lingfield off a 2lb lower mark, back in 2021. Lee Carter’s gelding won on his penultimate start and was on top late on over a mile. Outpaced before keeping on at Brighton when last seen, this sharp 1m2f should be right up his street. He has won off 78 in the past and should therefore be capable of getting his head in front off 1lb lower here.
