With the Oaks and Derby behind us, the ITV action doesn’t let up on Sunday as the TV cameras head to Musselburgh in Scotland. Every race on the card will be live on ITV4 and a very good competitive day of racing lies ahead.
Adrian Wall has highlighted some horses who he feels are way overpriced. Best of luck if you have a play, and remember always bet responsibly.
This is a very competitive Class 4 sprint over the flying 5f and I am going to take a chance on Eternal Halo (33/1) at a massive price. This filly weakened as if something was amiss at Haydock a week ago but the fact she is turned out again so quickly is interesting. It’s also interesting that Joe Fanning is booked, a sign that she might try blast out to make all. She is not to be discounted dropping back down in trip from a nice mark.
There aren’t too many riders around in the sort of form Ben Curtis is in at present and he will ride Glasses Up (20/1) here for Mike Smith. This gelding has disappointed in all three starts this year, but he won here at this track from this mark last July under this rider. That win came off the back of four poor runs so he might just recapture his form now.
Rosemary And Thyme (22/1) was having her first run in six months when down the field in a Group 3 at Lingfield last time. With that run under her belt, she might be able to show much more down in class. There is plenty of pace on here so it could set the race up nicely for a closer like herself.
