Strong 5/1 Double for leading owner with £54.65 profit at Kempton in 2020!

Battaash wins the Nunthorpe

There’s plenty of racing to look forward to on Monday! Ayr, Fakenham, Kempton and Wolverhampton usher in the new week with some competitive action. We’ll have horse racing tips for all the racing, including a NAP of the Day.

Going through tomorrow’s racing, we’ve found one very interesting statistic at Kempton! One leading owner can boast of a huge profit in 2020, and he has two runners with excellent chances there on Monday. Find out all the information below!

Profit aplenty!

Hamdan Al Maktoum has been the owner to follow at Kempton in 2020. The leading owner has enjoyed a fantastic year overall, with five domestic Group 1 successes.

With 62 runners at Kempton this year, eleven have passed the winning post first. That 18% strike-rate has yielded a remarkable profit of £54.65, with Al Maktoum having a pair of runners with extremely strong claims on Monday.

1.25 – Al Zaraqaan

Unsighted on his sole juvenile debut at Newmarket in October 2019, AL ZARAQAAN left that performance well behind with a comfortable victory at Doncaster back in June. There was plenty to like about that performance, missing the break and running green when asked for an effort. He showed a smart turn of foot, however, and powered clear for a comfortable success.

Closely related to the very smart Awtaad, he has the scope for plenty of improvement. There should be far more to come from this well-bred son of Golden Horn, especially stretching out to the 1m 3f distance. William Haggas has his string in excellent form, which is another boost to his already rock-solid claims.

3.00 – Zaajel

Roger Varian has enjoyed a very fruitful season with his two-year-old runners and ZAAJEL looks to make a winning start on Monday. On the All-Weather specifically, Varian holds a 20% strike-rate with his juveniles from fifty-five total runners.

It’s very easy to be sweet about Zaajel’s chances as a result. A daughter of Awtaad, she’s a half-sister to Royal Ascot winner Khaloosy and useful handicapper Moqtarreb. She’s also related to the very smart jumper Supasundae, which is interesting to note.

She makes her debut in a race where most of the runners with experience posted below-pair opening efforts. Varian’s string have been very clued up from the get go in 2020 and she’s bred to be very useful. Seven furlongs looks to be the ideal starting point and it’s easy to be sweet on her chances as a result.
