No jockey has ridden more winners at Lingfield this year than Rossa Ryan and his total of 20 victories leaves him six clear of the next rider on the list. He’s set to take another eight rides at the track on Monday. Some have better chances than others so we’ve combined his three most likely winners into a juicy treble. Take a look at our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.
Mad Unicorn (4/1, bet365) has been busy recently and is already a two-time winner in handicap company. Both have come over 5f but she shaped as if the return to 6f won’t be a problem when a narrow second at Southwell recently. It’s unlikely that the handicapper has her in their grasp just yet and she’s clearly very competitive off this mark.
Angel Gabriel (6/4, bet365) made his debut in a heavy ground maiden over this trip at Doncaster last month and ran a very nice race to finish second by a length. He was well fancied to go one better next time but bumped into a pricey debutant who won well. Ralph Beckett’s juvenile will be winning races before long and this looks like a good opportunity to get off the mark.
Gogo Yubari (4/1, bet365) is sliding down the weights and currently finds herself on a 1lb lower mark than when winning at Windsor in August. Tony Carroll’s filly was far from disgraced at Wolverhampton last time, despite finishing fifth, and it would be unwise to rule her out. She’s down to a competitive rating now and Ryan is a notable jockey booking.
