Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of ITV Racing Outsiders and he has picked out several horses who should outrun their large odds on Thursday. He is in red hot form with 40-1, 20-1 and 14-1 winners in the last couple of weeks. Best of luck if you have a play and remember, always bet responsibly.
Sophosc has been held up the last twice but he is usually seen to best effect when he is prominent so hopefully more forceful tactics are applied. The gelding won at Newbury in July and has also won over hurdles this year, but he also has five all weather wins to his name in his career to date. It’s easy to forgive his latest run and if he gets into an early rhythm he can strike.
I backed Geremia at York five days ago as I felt he was vastly overpriced and he ran a great race, running on into third once the bird had flown. The talent is there but given his hold up style, he needs a really strong pace to aim at to be seen to best effect. He will be finishing off his race better than anything else here again more than likely but his win chance will come down to whether he has left it too late or not.
Keyser Soze looks far too big a price to ignore here. The top weight might have to concede weight to the field but this is the easiest class of handicap he has run in since 2018, and the last time he ran in a Class 3 contest way back then, he won it. Fourth over this course and distance when last seen back in February, he needed a much better pace to aim at and the break should have done him good.
