Owen’s Cheltenham Outsiders! 33/1, 25/1 and 20/1 Each Way ITV Horse Racing Tips

There’s something special about weekends at Cheltenham. Prestbury Park kicked off its November Meeting on Friday with a fantastic six-race card, and things get even better on Saturday!

We’re treated to a seven-race affair, with five of those races live on ITV. We’ll have plenty of horse racing tips on Saturday. That also includes Lingfield, who have a pair of races on the terrestrial channel.

ITV Racing Tips are already on site for Saturday’s terrestrial action, but I’ll be coming in from a different angle. Plenty of competitive races give me the chance to find some bigger-priced fancies and you can take advantage of them with bet365, with details of their ITV 4/1+ Offer below!

2.15 Cheltenham – Fidux (25/1)

Winning three of his eight chasing starts to date, there should be plenty more to come from Fidux. A very useful handicap hurdler, he’s transferred that ability to fences and has hit a rich vein of form in 2020.

He’s been in the frame of his last four outings, including a close second in the Summer Plate at Market Rasen back in July. A winner back at that venue on his most recent start, he arrives to Cheltenham off a four-pound higher rating. He’s well-treated on his hurdling exploits, however, and remains unexposed over the larger obstacles.

A strongly-run contest over the 2m 4f distance will bring out the best in him and the recent for of Alan King is another obvious positive. There’s plenty to like about his chances at a very tempting price.

2.50 Cheltenham – Who’s My Jockey (33/1)

A very useful handicapper for Philip Hobbs in 2018 and 2019, signs of a revival for Who’s My Jockey were evident at Kempton last time. He’s run just four times since joining Richard Hobson, making his seasonal reappearance when a close fifth at the aforementioned venue five days ago.

He was beaten just two lengths that day in a bunched finish and there was plenty to like about that effort. He’s entitled to come on for the run and the fact he’s reappearing so soon may suggest that connections believe he’s in rude health. Well-handicapped is definitely a word that would describe him, winning his last handicap start off a three-pound higher rating.

The race should be run to suit and with Sam Twiston-Davies taking over, a big run can be expected at mighty odds.

3.25 Cheltenham – Dagueneau (20/1)

A progressive novice last season, Dagueneau has run better than the bare results suggest in recent outings and could capitalise on a useful looking rating.

His last victory came at Stratford back in July, with his subsequent handicap runs being promising. He went close off a three-pound lower rating on handicap debut at Uttoxeter back in August, with two subsequent runs being below that standard.

There were excuses for his latest course and distance defeat, where the race never seemed to pan out for him. He dropped to last before two-out but kept on well enough to finish a never-nearer 11th. He’s surely capable of better than that and it’s certainly early days for him over timber.

Ben Jones takes three pounds off his back and it would be disappointing if he was unable to land a blow in a contest that really should play to his strengths.
