‘He’s not to be overlooked here’ – Liam’s 33/1 outsider of the day on Tuesday

There are five meetings taking place across the UK and Ireland on Tuesday and this means plenty of each-way opportunities. Liam Bramall has taken a close look at Tuesday’s cards and selected an outsider at a huge price that may have been dangerously overlooked by the market. The horse in question runs at Uttoxeter and a return to the winners’ enclosure shouldn’t be ruled out. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

6.35 Uttoxeter

No Quarter Asked (33/1, bet365) has been out of form for a while now which probably explains why he’s such a big price here. Sarah-Jayne Davies’ gelding is very well handicapped on his best form and has previously proven himself to be capable of winning over fences.

The nine-year-old won over fences at Ffos Las in the summer of 2021 and that success came off a mark of 93. Currently on a 19lb lower mark, a huge run could be on the cards if she can reproduce a similar effort here.

There are also a couple of second-place finishes last season which indicate that he’s capable of coming out on top and isn’t a lost cause. He was runner-up off a 5lb higher mark at Ffos Las back in December and was out of the handicap that day.

Obviously the gelding comes with risks attached but he certainly has it in him to run a big race off this sort of mark. It would be dangerous to overlook him at this price and it would be no surprise if he was to make the frame.
