‘He should be winning again soon’ – Liam’s 25/1 outsider of the day on Wednesday

There’s lots happening on Wednesday, with no fewer than seven meetings across the UK and Ireland. This means there are plenty of each-way opportunities to be had and Liam Bramall may have found one. Kempton’s 7.55 looks like a competitive affair but there’s one outsider that looks substantially overpriced. 7.55 Kempton

Diddy Man won back-to-back starts back in April and it’s very soon to be giving up on him on that evidence. The second of those success came in impressive fashion over this trip at Doncaster. A repeat of that four-length victory will surely put him bang in the mix, as a 4lb higher mark would have made little difference that day.

His three subsequent efforts have been a little underwhelming but the handicapper is beginning to respond. Michael Attwater’s gelding has been dropped 2lb since and he should be winning again sooner rather than later. Kaiya Fraser’s 5lb claim will also lighten the load and he can outrun these odds.

Nap Of The Day

Our resident Napster Adrian Wall has been in flying form since the turn of the month, with 3/1, 4/1 and 6/1 winners since the start of August, so we’ve included his Wednesday Nap below.

A Girl Named Ivy has only had three starts to date and she was victorious in an Ayr maiden over this trip on her penultimate start. Whilst she was disappointing on handicap debut at Thirsk, that run was obviously too bad to be true and Michael Dods’ filly deserves a few more chances.
