Charles Byrnes pulled off an incredible three horse plot at Roscommon a few years ago which took millions off of the bookmakers in the UK & Ireland, and he has four runners running at Thurles today which are starting to see significant market support.
We are not saying that he has anything to do with the money and we are not tipping all of them, we are simply notifying you all about the gamble and after that it’s up to you if you would like to have a flutter or not. It did come up trumps for our followers at Roscommon!
From The Ashes has been backed from 50s into top price of 20s at the time of writing but is as short as 8/1 in places. This gelding is making his chasing debut today and although he disappointed on handicap hurdling debut when last seen, he was very well backed on the day.
As big as 9/1 earlier, Suain Na Draoicht was heavily supported when scoring at Sligo over the extended three miles on soft ground in October. That was a weak enough maiden hurdle and he will need to improve a good bit more to win this, but improvement could be on the way.
Kalahari Diamond has been backed from 22/1 into 12/1 and this filly has to be of interest making her hurdles debut stepping up in trip. She ran creditably in a pair of bumpers at Listowel and Tipperary but the money here could be significant.
Gendarme has been off the track for 490 days but the money for this horse suggests that fitness won’t be an issue on his return to action. He won handicap hurdles at Tramore and Limerick in summer of 2021 and although now 11lb higher, he has to be respected.
