Andrew Kinirons is 2/2 at Galway in 2024 and his one runner there on Tuesday is 20/1

Horse racing is in Liam's blood and his biggest passion is jumps racing. He can often be found at his favourite tracks; Chepstow and Cheltenham in the Autumn when the National Hunt action kicks off. County Kildare-based trainer Andrew Kinirons has sent just two runners to Galway this year and has managed to come away with two winners. This means his one runner at the track on Tuesday will be seeking to defend and extend the trainer’s 100 per cent record.

Nostringsattached has won two of her three starts so far this season and achieved back-to-back successes in handicap company at Cork and Gowran. The daughter of Markaz began the season on a mark of 75 before jumping significantly up the weights and is currently rated 90.

She followed the two aforementioned wins with a valiant fifth in the Group 3 Munster Oaks at Cork. Not only was it her first foray into Group company, it was also her first start over 1m4f. Kiniron’s five-year-old stayed on despite getting outpaced and the drop in grade here should help.

Her trainer has had four winners on the Flat in 2024; two at Galway and this mare has provided the other two. It seems then that Nostringsattached running at Galway could be the perfect combination for Kinirons.

One would imagine that British raider Rouge Sellier is one to watch as trainer Sir Mark Prescott was successful with his only previous runner at the track. Aidan O’Brien’s runner Andromeda got off the mark in fine style over course and distance when last seen and is also unlikely to be far away.

Clearly further improvement is needed as the ratings suggest she has a bit to find but this mare is going the right way and could be worth a play at this sort of price.
