8.00pm Crayford Race Preview 14/04/2018

Our second syndicate runner of Saturday is Meenagh Mourinho, his first run since the middle of February. He had just started to struggle at that point having been on the go for a fair time, The break should’ve done him the world of good for all that he is entitled to need the run. Our greyhound tips will be on RPGTV tonight.

8.00pm Crayford 14/04/2018 A3 Grade

Fawkham Chaser – Young pup rattled up the grades earlier in the year, reaching top grade last month. He has clocked in the mid 23.70’s a number of times so should appreciate the return to these calmer A3 waters. Solid early without being spectacular but can still lead up the inside.

Fivestar Ruby – Just 1/16 at this level, she is always of more interest when she competes in an A4. Doesn’t have the necessary early pace to trouble the 1 on the run to the first bend so she has an uphill task on her paws.

Leamaneigh Greta – Another who made rapid progression here, winner in a bottom grade A8 on the 31st of October, she was A2 on the 10th of February. Inconsistent early, she has been beaten on her last five starts at this level so best watched for now.

Bit View Alannah – Clocked up a four-timer at the start of the year, A7, A6, A5 and A4. She won in this grade at the start of April, given a swift downgrade after just a single run at A2 level. She has become a little inconsistent in her early pace, a threat if she comes away.

Meenagh Mourinho – Jose has some proper early pace when he is on song, missing the kick in his retrial, only clocking a 24.00. Fully entitled to come on for whatever he does here as well, but he would have a huge chance at this level if he is ready to go first time back.

Conclusion

All of these are winners at this level, a couple have plied their trade at the top table including Jose. He has the early boot to have this won by the turn if he is on his game first time back, though he is fully entitled to need the run on his return to action. The 5 has plenty of early boot, but she is rather inconsistent from the traps which may well help Jose out. The 1 has struggled to come to terms with better races of late, but he has the early to lead up the inside which makes him a big player.
