70-1 ITV horses for courses treble: three track lovers to follow on Saturday 📺

Course form can be absolutely crucial when looking for a winner. If you know your way around a place, you are going to have an advantage over somebody who has never been there before. The same applies to horses – knowing your way around a venue is always a big advantage. Adrian Wall has picked out three former course winners running live on ITV Racing on Saturday. The treble returns decent odds. Best of luck if you have a play.

2.05 Haydock

The only course winner running in the Rendlesham Hurdle is Green Book and that could give Venetia Williams’ runner the upper hand. The son of Authorized arrives here off the back of a nice win at Sandown this month. Despite having to give weight away to all his rivals, he comes here in form, enjoys the track and will be bang there again you would imagine.

2.40 Haydock

Fontaine Collonges had a very good first season over larger obstacles which was rounded off with a win at Lingfield, and she made a mockery of the handicapper when overcoming a 10lb hike in the weights when landing a 3m1f handicap here on her return. Ran well in fourth at Kempton since and the longer trip will suit.

3.35 Ascot

Fakir D’oudairies is a high-class Irish chaser who won this race last year and will no doubt have been peaked for it again. He was a very lucky winner of the Grade 2 at Thurles  last month when the improving Haut En Couleurs fell at the last fence but that horse could be a serious contender if supplemented for the Ryanair so there was no disgrace in that.
