How We Did It

Seaglass Tiger (1/2) – Leg 1 – Justified his short price….Just! Having broken well, Tiger took the lead into the third bend but was treading water up the home straight, eventually holding on by a short head over the closing Trap 2. Not the finest performance but we were off and running on the Greyhound Acca!

Brigadier Bullet (1/1 NAP) – Leg 2  – Bullet had been in excellent form going into the race, having won three of his last four races. We were confident that with a clear run he would add to that tally and the race worked out perfectly. With a nice position throughout, Bullet took the lead off the sixth bend and powered home to win by a comfortable three-lengths, landing our Greyhound NAP and putting us one leg away from another Acca winner!

Ballymac Miscula (9/4 Next Best) – Leg 3 – It was up to Ballymac Miscula to bring home the Next Best and Acca and from the plum trap 2 draw she did it in great style. Miscula pinged the lids and made all, running out an easy winner, landing our Greyhound Next Best and 17/2 Greyhound Acca!
