Tuesday was a good day for myracing’s followers as our Nap of the day duly obliged at odds of 14/1. That’s substantial profit of £280 at an advised stake of £20, which certainly isn’t to be sniffed at! We’ll take a look at how the race unfolded and our Nap for Thursday’s racing is also live now. Tuesday’s 14/1 Nap winner

Our resident Napster Adrian Wall picked out Caernarfon as the best bet of the day on Tuesday and was fully vindicated in doing so. Jack Channon’s filly had plenty of form in the book which indicated that she could come out on top and she managed to get the job done.

Third and fourth in the 2023 Oaks and 1000 Guineas respectively, the drop into Listed company always seemed likely to encourage a return to form. We advised her at odds of 10/1 and she overcame a bit of a drift to score at 14/1. Race favourite Doha pulled clear with our selection but never really looked like getting to her and the official winning distance was three-quarters-of-a-length.

Thursday Nap of the Day

Ancient Wisdom was right up there with the best of them as a two-year-old and finished the last campaign with victory in the Group 1 Futurity Trophy. One of his best attributes is his adaptability with regards to ground, having won on anything between good to firm and heavy.

He always shaped as if he would be a middle-distance horse at three but things haven’t quite gone to plan so far this year. The track was perhaps responsible for his very below-par run in the Derby at Epsom and he’s definitely better than that. It surely won’t be long before he gets back on track and this is a good opportunity to do so.
