How We Did It

Droopys Cannon (5/6 Next Best) – Leg 1 – Well supported into 1/2 at the off, Droopys Cannon was quick out the traps and grabbed the prime rails slot. Showing excellent pace throughout, he eventually ran out a comfortable six and a half-length winner to land our Next Best and give us the perfect start to the Greyhound Acca!

Droopys Gleeson (13/8) – Leg 2 – Droopys Gleeson had clocked a nice trial time recently and we were confident that if he put in a performance similar to that then he would take all the beating. Fast away, he survived an early bump at the first bend before asserting his dominance on the field, powering away to run out an easy winner and put us within touching distance of another winning Greyhound Acca!

Swift Asbolos (13/8 NAP) – Leg 3 – All eyes turned to Swift Asbolos who was very well backed into Even money for the last leg of the Acca. A fantastic hurdler, we were confident that if he led he wouldn’t be caught. We were proven right as he pinged the lids and put in a dominant display, winning by a massive seven-lengths and landing both the Greyhound NAP and our 14/1 Greyhound Acca!
