We tipped two fast ground winners last week so we’re back with three tips at Exeter

A lack of rain in recent weeks has led to conditions being very quick in some areas of the country and that’s especially true at Exeter. The ground is officially described as good, good to firm in places, which won’t suit every horse.

We tipped two winners from just three selections with our fast ground horses to follow piece at Wincanton last week so we have three more for you at Exeter on Wednesday. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

3.25 Exeter

Al Sayah remains very lightly raced over hurdles and progressed at a rapid rate after switching to handicaps last spring. She won on handicap debut at Fontwell on good ground in May and followed up in similar conditions at Hereford. Even more impressive that day, the 5lb rise made little difference and it’s likely that there’s more to come from her.

3.55 Exeter

Seeyouinmydreams is very ground dependent and she has won three starts on good ground by a combined margin of 49 lengths. This daughter of Telescope was too keen over 2m5f last time out and the drop in trip could help with that. Making her handicap debut here, it’s hard to argue with a mark of 116 and provided she’s fully tuned, Paul Nicholls’ mare looks like the one they all have to beat.

5.00 Exeter

Switch Hitter used to be with Paul Nicholls but is currently trained by point-to-point handler Sam Loxton. All four of his wins under rules came on good ground and he even won a point-to-point on good to firm when last seen. Conditions are clearly ideal for the 10-year-old and his best form makes him the standout candidate.
