‘He’s clearly highly regarded’ – Adrian Wall with three ITV outsiders for Saturday

NOBLE YEATS

It’s another day of great action and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of ITV Racing outsiders. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds live on TV on Saturday. Make sure you check out our free horse racing tips for the weekend, and remember, always bet responsibly.

1.20 Doncaster

Irish raider Thunderbear (16/1) seems to be underestimated in the market and Jack Davison’s gelding should be involved in the finish. The son of Kodi Bear enjoys an ease in the ground and he followed up his Curragh handicap second with a second in Listed company at Naas last month, flying home from rear. He won’t have to improve too much on that to win this contest.

2.40 Aintree

I’m surprised to see Vintage Fizz (33/1) trading at such a big price. Jedd O’Keeffe’s gelding went well for a long way when a close fourth over 2m4f at Wetherby last month from 2lb higher, and he is now back down to a mark only 1lb above his last winning mark. He was narrowly denied from this mark at Market Rasen in June and if he handles these obstacles is in with a solid shout.

3.10 Doncaster

Kevin Ryan’s stable is in fine form and Lunar Eclipse (22/1) can run a big race in this 1m2f Listed event. The €350,000 yearling won on debut for David Simcock in a 7f Newmarket novice this time last year, and he caught the eye when staying on late into third on his return there latest. He’s clearly highly regarded and with low miles on the clock is open to improvement.
