Irish trainer sends one horse on the 900-mile round trip to Carlisle on Sunday

A weak-looking contest that probably won’t take much winning. On all available evidence, Alf ‘N’ Dor is a worthy favourite, though he looks a tad short for a horse who is yet to get his head in front. It could pay to chance one of the less exposed types. Chase debutant BOCASIEN DESBOIS gets the nod. Martin Todhunter’s runner is not the most reliable but he ran really well to finish a close-up second a Newcastle recently, a repeat of which would surely see the seven-year-old feature here.
