Carlton Frankie makes her third racecourse appearance in twelve days, placing in a much tougher contest two starts ago. She failed to back up that effort over the same course and distance on Saturday though and the hood now goes on. Dropped in grade a bounce back to form would be no surprise and she’s considered, but preference is for the extremely well-handicapped FUMBO JUMBO. She showed signs of a revival when seventh at Thirsk two weeks ago and despite that promising run, she’s been dropped two pounds. If building on that effort, she’s going to be very tough to beat off this mark.
