We have plenty of good racing to look forward to across Britain and Ireland on Tuesday with four meetings to whet the appetite but we have come across a nice statistic that could be of use at Kempton Racecourse. You can find all of our free horse racing tips on the website and our Nap of the Day in particular has been in brilliant form the last couple of months. Let’s discuss the stat in more detail now below.
Trainer Keiran Burke doesn’t head to Kempton all too often but he has sent three winners to the venue from just seven runners this year, a brilliant 43% strike-rate, and his sole representative on the card is Whitcombe Rockstar who runs in the 1m4f handicap.
One of those winners happened to be this horse, who won at the track when last seen in January. Running in a better handicap than this on the day, he was held up in last place but powered home in the closing stages to get up to score by a head.
The third, Paradias, has franked the form by winning since, and given he had to make up a lot of ground in the straight, he was value for more than his winning margin and might be able to defy a 2lb rise in the weights as this is an easier class of race.
Whitcombe Rockstar has a nice draw in stall five and he will be dropped out in rear here again. With plenty of pace on up top in a big enough field, he should slice through his rivals late on again.
