1.10 Cheltenham

Cannock Park won on his sole start in point bumpers and on his Rules debut he really impressed when winning at Bangor in October on soft ground, keeping on well to win by four lengths. This is a tough race on hurdling bow but he will enjoy the ground and can improve.

1.45 Cheltenham

Jonjo O’Neill has got his season off to a good start, and sporting the JP McManus silks, Crebilly can defy top weight in the 2m4f handicap chase. He did well over hurdles last season, rounding off his campaign with a great win at Sandown, and he can improve again for the switch to fences. He is proven on soft.

2.55 Cheltenham

Jonbon hasn’t won at Cheltenham in two tries so a chance is taken on Edwardstone, who who won the Arkle at the 2022 Festival and was also an impressive winner of the Tingle Creek on last season’s reappearance. He has a great record on soft ground too and can really serve it up to the hotpot favourite.
