‘This is a lot easier and she should be winning’ – Saturday ITV course lovers treble

Course form can be absolutely crucial when looking for a winner. If you know your way around a place, you are going to have an advantage over somebody who has never been there before. The same applies to horses – knowing your way around a venue is always a big advantage. Adrian Wall has picked out three former course winners running on ITV on Saturday and they form a treble.

We landed a tasty 67/1 treble at Ascot a while back and this week’s treble returns great odds at the time of posting. Best of luck if you have a play.

1.35 Kempton

Kalpana won this race last year before landing a Group 1 at Ascot, and has run with credit on all three outings in top company this year, with her latest second to Calandagan in the King George a huge effort. This is a lot easier and she should be winning.

2.05 Kempton

Sky Safari has won twice from four starts this term, the best of those when landing a C&D handicap when last seen. She has had a short break so should benefit from being freshened up, and is 5lb higher in a better race but she’s expected to keep on improving with racing.

3.00 Haydock

Stressfree won around this track in May and was a big eyecatcher last time when fourth of 22 runners in a very competitive renewal of the Ebor at York, coming from rear to finish off to good effect and doing best of those coming from the back. He must be considered in a race of this nature and should get a strong pace to aim at.
