There’s lots of action to keep us occupied on Friday, with plenty of meetings across Britain and Ireland. There’s no standout action however so we’ve selected five of the day’s most likely winners and put them into an accumulator. With advised odds of 71/1, this multiple is surely worth following. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.
Callin Baton Rouge (13/8, betfair) is unbeaten in three starts for this yard and she appears to be progressing rapidly. The handicapper has hit her with a 12lb rise for winning by eight lengths at Stratford last month but she looks capable of following up.
Times Edition (11/10, betfair) has come close to getting off the mark multiple times and the stewards stripped her of victory at Pontefract when last seen. Roger Varian’s filly is the best horse in the race according to the ratings and she deserves one more chance here.
Psalm (7/4, betfair) probably took longer to get off the mark than connections hoped but he managed to do so over course and distance last month. Just failing to make all here over 1m4f when last seen, a similar effort over this shorter trip can lead to victory.
Tundra Rose (1/1, betfair) was third behind subsequent Group 3 winner Dreamy on debut and that form is easily the best on offer. David O’Meara’s filly probably won’t need to improve much on that effort to win this but she’s entitled to take a step forward.
Manhattan Mirage (11/8, bet365) was a head away from shedding his maiden tag over this trip at Doncaster in March and probably would have managed it with one more stride. Second over an inadequate 6f at Yarmouth recently, this is a good opportunity to go one better.
