‘She drops down in grade here’ – 33/1, 28/1 & 25/1 Saturday ITV outsiders

It’s another day of great action on ITV on Saturday and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of outsiders on the day. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds. Adrian is in cracking form and had provided followers with cracking 25/1 and 18/1 winners recently. Best of luck if you follow him in.

2.40 Aintree

Seddon (33/1) is now a 12yo veteran but he is a classy sort who won a big-field handicap at the Cheltenham Festival in 2023 and also won twice on the Flat at up to 2m last summer. He has been out of form since then really but that means he’s a good price here and he should strip much fitter for last month’s Cesarewitch run and has to be considered back over fences from a fair mark.

3.10 Doncaster

Karmology (25/1) doesn’t have her preferred ground but it’s still a surprise to see her trading at such a big price. The daughter of Golden Horn has only finished out of the first three once this term, and arrives here on the back of landing the Group 3 Pride Stakes at Newmarket over 1m2f last month. She definitely would prefer quicker ground but she drops down in grade here and has to be respected.

3.45 Doncaster

Castle Stuart (28/1) won twice for Karl Burke and was far from disgraced in two 1m4f handicaps at York since joining Richard Fahey. The son of Dubawi looks a potential improver at this trip now from a fair mark and it definitely looked like he needed more of a stamina test when fourth at York last time.
