Delacroix was behind Green Impact in a 1m maiden at Leopardstown on debut but won a Curragh maiden in style last time (form boosted) and he is highly regarded; choice of Ryan Moore.

2.15

Poker Face was second in the Celebration Mile at Goodwood last month, clear of the rest, and British raiders have a good record in this contest.

2.50

Willie McCreery had his best day when winning this race in 2014 but Jancis could be a special filly. She has an electric late turn of foot and can serve it up to Porta Fortuna.

3.25

He has two ways of running but Auguste Rodin can bounce back to his brilliant best after his King George flop in the hands of Ryan Moore. He won’t be beaten here if he’s at his best.

4.00

A chance is taken on the Ballydoyle outsider Chantilly, who has a tough task up in class but was only beaten 4l at Royal Ascot and Euphoric could set the race up for him.

4.35

Natalia Lupini’s Barnso ran a cracker when a close third to Chemistry in Listed company here last time and is a massive player back in a handicap.

5.10

Raknah beat some good horses in Listed company at the Galway festival from the front and cheekpieces might bounce her back to form in the hands of Tom Marquand.

5.45

Arisaig was an impressive winner of a mile handicap at Goodwood in July and had excuses at York since. Trainer doesn’t come over here unless his runner has a good chance.
