‘He will go off a warm order’ – three runners form Saturday horses for courses acca

Course form can be absolutely crucial when looking for a winner. If you know your way around a place, you are going to have an advantage over somebody who has never been there before. The same applies to horses – knowing your way around a venue is always a big advantage. Adrian Wall has picked out three former course winners running on ITV on Saturday and they form a treble.

We landed a tasty 67/1 treble at Ascot a while back and this week’s treble returns great odds at the time of posting. Best of luck if you have a play.

1.10 Wincanton

Abingworth is a course and distance winner who won for this stable for the first time at Market Rasen in June and found Listed grade too hot to handle on the Flat at Beverley when last seen. This is more realistic and James Owen is among the winner.

1.25 Doncaster

Montassib is a course and distance winner who tasted success at the very top when he won a Group 1 in the Haydock Sprint Cup last season and he just didn’t enjoy quicker conditions when last seen in the Champions Sprint at Ascot. He is without doubt the one that they all have to beat if anywhere near his best and he will go off a warm order.

1.45 Wincanton

Jubilee Alpha is a course winner who was last seen landing a 2m4f Listed hurdle at Cheltenham and this is her first foray into handicap company now. She rates as the one to beat despite having to carry the burden of top weight for a yard that farms this track.
