‘He is taken to get back on track’ – 272/1 ITV horses for courses accumulator for Saturday

Course form can be absolutely crucial when looking for a winner. If you know your way around a place, you are going to have an advantage over somebody who has never been there before. The same applies to horses – knowing your way around a venue is always a big advantage. Adrian Wall has picked out three former course winners running on ITV at York and Goodwood on Saturday and they form a treble.

We landed a tasty 67/1 treble at Ascot a while back and this week’s treble returns great odds at the time of posting. Best of luck if you have a play.

1.50 York

Bowmark was very progressive at the start of his short career to date, winning on debut at Kempton in December and gaining a second win in three starts when landing the odds switched to turf at this track over a mile in May. He raced far too keenly when thrown into Group 1 company in the Prix du Jockey Club at Chantilly when last seen but this is a more realistic assignment and he is taken to get back on track.

2.40 Goodwood

Crystal Flyer won a handicap over course and distance close to this time last year off a mark of 84 and should have a shot again here off 8lb higher. Jim Crowley has been booked to ride the filly, who was out of her depth in Listed grade at Newmarket on latest but this is easier.

4.10 York

Jubilee Walk will have the support of William Buick in the saddle and this course winner was a fine second of 19 in a C&D handicap last month and has an obvious chance from 1lb higher.
