The myracing team are in flying form of late and our Sunday and Monday three-horse accumulators both landed at odds of 15/1 and 12/1 respectively. Betting at our advised stake of £10 would provide £270 profit, which is a lovely reward for our followers. We’ll take a look at how it all happened on Monday and you can also find our tips for Tuesday which are live now. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.
Leg 1
Fayqa (4/11) looked almost impossible to oppose in the fillies’ maiden at Thirsk and so it proved. Kevin Philippart De Foy’s three-year-old needed every yard of the one mile trip but she got her head in front at the line and that’s what counts.
Leg 2
Marco Botti’s So Obsessed (15/8) has been in good form of late and we expected that to continue at Windsor. She was on a 2lb higher mark here, after winning her previous start, and that made little difference to the outcome. The Daughter of Invincible Army made all the running and wasn’t for catching.
Leg 3
Lucentio (5/2) was chasing a hat-trick of course and distance victories at Windsor and John & Thady Gosden’s colt managed to get the job done. The front two finished well clear of the rest and Lucentio got the better of Sir Michael Stoute’s Reaching High in a prolonged duel up the run-in.
2.17 Beverley
Mystical Elegance showed little on debut but it was a completely different story at Kempton last time out, where she ran a cracker to finish second by a short head over this trip. Further improvement is anticipated and she looks like the one to beat.
5.30 Newbury
Flaming Stone lacked the gears to mount a serious challenge when fourth over 6f on debut and clearly shaped as if the step up in trip will suit here. The form of that Newmarket race looks pretty strong and she’s definitely the one to side with on that evidence.
6.05 Newbury
Eben Zaabeel is slowly getting the hang of things and was an improved effort when fourth at Salisbury. The switch to handicaps should encourage plenty of improvement and he’s entitled to go close off a mark of 79 here.
