It’s another day of great action on ITV and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of outsiders on Saturday. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds on the day. Adrian is in cracking form and had provided followers with cracking 25/1 and 18/1 winners recently. Best of luck if you follow him in.
Stressfree (20/1) won over hurdles at Musselburgh in February and has run some good races in defeat on the Flat since, including a great win over just shy of 1m4f at Haydock in May. He finished an eyecatching fifth over that C&D when last seen and has every chance if he can put his best foot forward under Paul Mulrennan, who is in flying form on big days in the last couple of months. Solid each-way contender here.
Crystal Flyer (12/1) was twice a winner around Goodwood last season and defied a rating of 90 when making a winning return at Southwell in April. The filly was out of her depth in Group 3 class at York on her next start, before running below her best in a handicap at Ascot last month, but the application of a tongue-tie here for the first time could be a big help now.
Andesite (25/1) got the better of the reopposing Yah Mo Be There on debut at York which bodes well. He hasn’t won in five starts since, but was beaten less than a length in a bunched finish when fifth at Chester on latest, and the step up to 7f could bring out further improvement providing he handles the ground.
