60-1 treble: Three horses that will love the testing ground at Naas on Friday 😍

The ground looks set to be pretty soft at Naas on Friday and the chase course is even soft to heavy in places. This means that you will be on the look out for horses with proven records in testing conditions, as they should have an advantage over those that don’t. We’ve picked out three such horses and combined them into a juicy treble for you to consider. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

12.42 Naas

Mister Policeman (8-11, William Hill) was a winner in France before joining the Willie Mullins yard and is unbeaten in two starts for his current connections. The ground was soft to heavy at Fairyhouse when he got off the mark at the first time of asking over fences when last seen. Mullins’ horses appeared to be needing their first runs badly at that time, which means you can probably mark that performance up. He should improve plenty for the run and should be winning again.

1.12 Naas

Bythesametoken (12-1, William Hill) has five career wins to his name and they have all come with cut in the ground. Ross O’Sullivan’s charge is eye-catching consistent on soft, with a record of one win and three seconds in six starts. Also a winner on heavy ground in the past, he was just denied off a 2lb lower mark at Down Royal in November. A repeat effort would put him right in the mix.

1.42 Naas

Firefox (7-4, William Hill) has a record of two wins from three starts on soft ground and his sole defeat came by a very narrow margin in a bumper. Winning both starts so far this season on soft, he comfortably beat a very promising individual on hurdles debut last time out. The step up to 2m4f should be fine and he’s unlikely to be far away.
