10.19pm Crayford Race Preview 03/02/2018

A late night on Saturday waiting for Jose to run, but as he’s live on RPGTV, one can snooze on the couch whilst waiting! He is drawn closest to the hare once more on what looks a great card which will include our greyhound tips, they will be online before 6.00pm tonight. Let’s see what task is on the table for Jose this evening.

10.19pm Crayford 03/02/2018 A1 Grade

Tinas Paddy – Sent off 1/1 favourite against Jose last week, she missed the kick and found trouble early on. She had previously clocked up a hat-trick including twice at this grade so she needs plenty of respect if she can pick her way through from the back.

Cuteen Jess – Plenty of early boot with a slow starter on her inside, so well housed. She has exchanged decisions with the 1 in recent runs so she is well capable of making her presence felt but regularly finds others stronger on the run-in.

Art Of Magic – Strong runner has been sent off favourite the last two weeks in S1 grade. He has a little more early that the 1 so should turn in a handy spot just behind the leaders. From there he is a huge danger to all.

Raymonds Return – Picked up a win in this grade just before Christmas, but despite some sub 3.55 sectionals since he has been unable to obtain a clear run. This looks a difficult draw for him once more so he will need to be at his very best for score.

Meenagh Mourinho – No runner in stripes so Jose has the outside draw despite being in 5. He tends to not come away quite as well from this slot but will at least have plenty of space to move into on the run to the bend. Best chance as always will come if turning in front.

Conclusion

As always a classy line-up for this A1 contest with plenty of early pace across the field bar the 1. The 2 looks the most likely leader on the inside, with the 3 following round so we have to hope that the will 4 trap out and head for the same gap at the first bend. Jose will have his chance if he is back to his electric best from the front but will need to trap an awful lot better than he did last week.
