This is a tricky puzzle to solve but this can go to UNITED COUNCIL who has won here once before. Quiet Rebellion should give a good account of herself even though she has gone a while without winning, Raratonga Rose poses a big threat, and Silver Sanctuary has to be on the shortlist, although she could struggle to defy a hike in the weights.
