“He has been off a long time now, since December 2015 to be precise, but I have him as fit as I can get him (and I have some high class uphill gallops that soon find them out), and he has been schooling nicely at home as well. He likes the ground on the soft side so I am delighted with all the recent rain, and I feel he could yet be well handicapped off a mark of 111. Jamie Bargary takes three pounds off his back and he may surprise them all with a bit of luck.”
