Irish trainer sends one horse on the 900-mile round trip to Carlisle on Sunday

This can go to BRAIN POWER, who was a leading fancy for last year’s Champion Hurdle and he took well to fences on his latest start at Kempton. He’s entitled to come on for that run and should be very tough to beat as he marches his way towards the Arkle at Cheltenham in March. The main danger is Finian’s Oscar, but this trip is unlikely to be play to his strengths, especially as there is likely to be a slack pace set by North Hill Harvey.
