Visit valuerater.co.uk Nursery Handicap (Class 5)
Allez Sophia silk

Allez Sophia

  • PT

An interesting one here on nursery debut is ALLEZ SOPHIA who didn’t appear to handle Chepstow last time out. That’s easy enough to excuse and with her best RPR coming at this track, the return here should suit with an excellent seven-pound claimer in the plate helping her opening mark.

Winning Post Bookmakers Bristol Handicap (Class 5)
Albanita silk

  • NB
  • NBD
  • WA

The drop in trip should help ALBANITA who is yet to convince over a mile and a half. The switch to blinkers has the potential to help her, with a drop down in grade looking another positive. She has plenty of ability and if able to put it all together at the same time, she looks a hard horse to beat.

Best Free Tips At valuerater.co.uk Summer Sprint Series Final Handicap (Class 2)

It’s been an impressive run of form this season for AWSAAF, securing a hat-trick of wins when scoring over five furlongs here. He looks as if the slight step up in trip will be a big plus, coming home strongly over shorter, giving the impression that his winning run is not yet ready to come to an end.

Value Rater Racing Club Handicap (Summer Staying Series Final) (Class 2)
Hope Is High silk

Hope Is High

  • PT

Three wins and four places in seven starts at this track suggests that HOPE IS HIGH is always one to take very seriously when at Bath. She beat an in form rival over a shorter trip here last time out but the extra yardage here is more in her favour and with a strong pace to make this a proper test, she can add to her super record here.

Freshers Handicap (Class 6)
Duke Of Dunabar silk

Duke Of Dunabar

  • PT

There have been some promise so far from DUKE OF DUNABAR, notably last time out having had a wind op. That suggests that there is better to come now slipping into a 0-55. His most recent run was off the back of a 119-day absence so with that having blown away the cobwebs, he can do better now.

Visit Four From The Top At valuerater.co.uk Apprentice Handicap (Class 5)
Simbirsk silk

  • L15

A win over ten furlongs here in May from the same mark makes SIMBIRSK the one to side with here. He has shaped as if he’s worth another try over this mile and a half trip, especially at a track that he likes. Fast turf suits him well so there is plenty in his favour on this occasion.

Irish Stallion Farms EBF "Bold Lad" Sprint Handicap (Premier Handicap)
North Wind silk

North Wind

  • EVT

A wide open sprint handicap to open up the card where NORTH WIND makes appeal at a price. His best RPR came at this track last season so the return here will help him, travelling well on both starts this season over a longer trip before not getting home. He returns to sprinting from what looks a fair mark so has to be of interest.

Moyglare ''Jewels'' Blandford Stakes (Group 2) (Fillies & Mares)
Loveisthehigherlaw silk

  • PT

The unbeaten LOVEISTHEHIGHERLAW is an interesting one at a price here. Her dam was a Group 1 winner so she is bred to be decent herself, with trained Paddy Twomey not known for tilting at windmills. He put a similar type into the Irish 2000 Guineas this year who hit the frame in third so he’s deserving of plenty of respect when pitching his horses into decent company.

Derrinstown Stud Flying Five Stakes (Group 1)

One of the most improved sprinters of the season has been SOFFIA. She was visually hugely impressive when winning a Group 2 over course and distance earlier in the season. The way she disposed of that field suggests that she is going to be more than capable stepped up to this level and can prove so here.

Moyglare Stud Stakes (Group 1) (Fillies)

There is the potential for a shock here in the form of TANGO, sporting headgear for the first time. She was only a head behind Albigna on debut and has kept some decent company since. She kept on well all the way to the line over this course and distance last time, though the way she had her ears pricked, suggested she wasn’t putting it all in. The headgear should make a difference which suggests she is overpriced.

Goffs Vincent O'Brien National Stakes (Group 1) (Entire Colts & Fillies)
Pinatubo silk

  • WA
  • MA

He’s a short price here but it’s very hard to get away from the claims of PINATUBO. He absolutely routed the Vintage Stakes field at Glorious Goodwood, that looking the strongest form line in the field. A repeat of that effort would make him very hard to beat in this company.

Comer Group International Irish St. Leger (Group 1)
Cross Counter silk

Cross Counter

  • L15

Winner of the 2018 Melbourne Cup, CROSS COUNTER should have no problems with the slight step back in trip. He was a very smart performer over twelve furlongs last year before his trip to Australia so is not just a staying type. His form entitles him to be favourite here and claim another big prize.

Irish Stallion Farms EBF "Northfields" Handicap (Premier Handicap)
Numerian silk

  • PT

Three runs on turf so far for NUMERIAN have all been in deep handicap company. He has acquitted himself well, suggesting on all occasions that a step up from a mile will see him in a better light. He’s very lightly raced so there should be plenty more improvement to come from him with a big prize beckoning.

Gomer Williams Solicitors Centenary Celebrations Nursery Handicap (Class 6)
Carmel silk

  • L15

The Archie Watson yard have a 36% strike rate here at Ffos Las, one that looks like being improved in the opener with CARMEL. She was only beaten a length on her nursery debut at Chepstow, where it looked like the return to six furlongs would be beneficial. She can compete from the same mark here which is a big plus.

Iscoed Chamber Handicap (Class 6)
Stoneyford Lane silk

Stoneyford Lane

  • EWD

It’s been a long drop down the weights for STONEYFORD LANE, now thirty-one pounds below his last winning mark. He has hinted at a return to form the last twice that he has been seen in action so with conditions to suit, a smart showing wouldn’t be a surprise.

Gomer Williams Solicitors Centenary Celebrations Fillies' Handicap (Class 5)
Madeleine Bond silk

Madeleine Bond

  • MA

It was a return to form last time out at Chepstow from MADELEINE BOND who has always appreciated some cut in the ground. She is on a very tempting mark these days on the best of her old form so having produced a solid effort, a win looks to be coming if she can build on that performance.

Oc Davies MG Celebrating 50 Years/EBF Fillies' Handicap (Class 4)
Sarah Jessica silk

Sarah Jessica

  • L15

Gavin Cromwell always needs huge respect with his U.K raiders on turf given an exceptional record with his raiders. SARAH JESSICA makes her debut for the yard here, with her opening handicap mark looking fair on her efforts in the book. The yard are in decent form of late and she looks well capable of adding to the string of winners.

Jo-Jo Smith Memorial Handicap (Class 4)
Cambric silk

  • NAP
  • NBD
  • WA
  • MA

It’s been an impressive move into handicap company from CAMBRIC who has won three out of her four starts. The runner-up to her last time has won since to add a nice depth to her form. She shapes as if this new trip has the potential to see her in an even better light which would make her very hard to beat.

Gomer Williams Solicitors Centenary Celebrations Handicap (Class 6)

The ground will have been as quick as VISOR wants last time out so it’s easy enough to excuse him that effort. He drops into a 0-60 for the first time which looks a big plus taking on lesser opponents. His yard have only sent two previous runners to Ffos Las with a first and a second the result so he looks to have a huge chance.
