4.00pm Kempton Tips & Betting Preview 13/11/2017

4.00pm Kempton tips for Monday’s Class 4 race. An interesting little handicap hurdle over two miles, with plenty of types who should be capable of better than this. Read on for our free betting tips, predictions and analysis.

IN SUMMARY: STONECOLDSOBA arrives looking for a hat-trick of hurdling victories. He has only had five starts over obstacles so should be open to more improvement in this discipline. King’s Tempest has gone well fresh in the past, he could be suited by this track as a front runner, looking well treated on a number of his novice runs. The Blue Bomber was just four lengths behind the Supreme third River Wylde in January. He starts for a new yard now but needs to be watched closely as he has the potential to hit the frame at a big price.

1 TEMPLIER – Runner-up last time though ultimately well beaten. It was at least an improved display than of late, on a similar track to this. His mark is unchanged so retains the potential to progress from this mark after just seven starts over hurdles.

2 STONECOLDSOBA – Victorious the last twice in this discipline at a lesser level. Disappointing on the flat last time but should prove much happier back over obstacles. He looks open to further improvement after just five hurdles starts, the one to beat.

3 MAGIC DANCER – Ran well on his debut for Kerry Lee last time but extended his record to 0/9 over hurdles. Five runner-up efforts in those runs, including some weak finishing efforts. Capable of making the frame once more, though others preferred for win purposes.

4 SALTO CHISCO – A sharp track and decent ground are perfect for him, including a win here in May. Won from this mark earlier in the month over fences so well capable of getting himself in the frame as long as the good to soft ground isn’t too tacky for him.

5 THE BLUE BOMBER – Yet to win in twelve starts, he has some smart form to his credit including when only four lengths behind Supreme third River Wylde in January. Starts out for a new yard now, this mark underestimating him if he can repeat his best.

6 KING’S TEMPEST – Easy track looks perfect for this front runner on handicap debut. Showed smart form as a novice, though did throw in the odd poor effort. Very well handicapped on a number of starts and has gone well fresh, so plenty of positives. A big run expected.

7 CASHANOVA – Still a maiden but has run well from similar marks. His worst efforts have come with cut in the ground so conditions aren’t sure to suit but a sharp track is in his favour.

8 KALASKADESEMILLEY – Took a long time to break his duck, yet to get within eleven lengths of a winner in handicaps. A first time tongue strap is fitted on his debut for a new yard but it will need to have a significant impact to get him home in front.

9 JUMPING JACK – A mile was the furthest he went on the flat, hitting the frame in juvenile events. This mark looks workable on his flat form but is yet to conclusively prove his stamina in this discipline.
