3.00pm Exeter tips for Wednesday’s Class 3 race. We have some very interesting and classy individuals going to post for this Class 3 Novices’ Chase. Read on for our free betting tips, predictions and analysis.
IN SUMMARY: There is simply no getting away from Yanworth, who was the favourite for the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham back in March. He made a good chasing debut at this venue last time out and with that experience under his belt, he should prove impossible to beat now upped in trip. The main danger is the completely unknown Chameron, who was unbeaten over hurdles in France, including a Listed success. He could be anything and has to be respected.
1 YANWORTH – Classy hurdler for Alan King who made a winning chasing debut over the 2m 1f trip here in October, winning comfortably after warming to the task after a few jumps. He’s the one to beat on ratings and should have no problem dispatching this field upped in trip.
2 LLANCILLO LORD – Ex Thomas Mullins horse who was last seen finishing second to Pertemps Final winner Presenting Percy at Punchestown in November 2016. He faces a stiff task after such a lay-off on debut for Robert Walford and he’s best watched here.
3 BRIERY QUEEN – Useful mare for Noel Williams who won at Cheltenham over hurdles in December, with that form looking strong. She wasn’t disgraced in the Mares’ Hurdle at the Festival and makes her chasing debut today. She faces the boys which won’t make things easy and leaves her vulnerable in this.
4 CHAMERON – The younger pretender who makes his debut for Paul Nicholls today on the back of two wins from two hurdling starts out in France. He could be anything for top connections and is a very interesting contender.
