2.50pm Warwick tips for Friday’s race. Read on for our free betting tips, predictions and analysis.

IN SUMMARY: WATER WAGTAIL (Each Way) looked unlucky when falling while going better than most last time out and dropped back in trip, he will make a bold attempt at making amends for that error this afternoon.

1 BRONCO BILLY – Took a three-horse race over three miles here in May by fifteen lengths in a very slow time considering the good ground and failed to follow up at Uttoxeter when tailed off before being pulled up when last seen in June. Needs to do better but could go well fresh after five months off.

2 BILLY TWO TONGUES – Jeremy Scott’s nine-year-old took his first two races over fences impressively at Uttoxeter and Fontwell in 2016 but the handicapper soon had his measure and he has failed to score in six races since. Down another two pounds after a thirty-nine length sixth at Exeter but needs to do a lot more than that to take a hand today.

3 SAROQUE – Last seen placing third here over three miles in March and in the care of the excellent Venetia Williams. Yet to win on going this quick and better suited by a much softer surface, the yard are only ticking over and at the age of ten he may well improve for his first run in over seven months.

4 ZERACHIEL – A winner when last seen at Exeter when all out to hold off Bacchanel by a head at the line after three miles. Lightly raced at the age of seven with just the three races over fences and may well go on to do even better this winter and with the Ian Williams stable in decent enough form a big run here is very much anticipated.

5 LUNAR FLOW – Ticks plenty of boxes here with a recent win at Uttoxeter proving both his fitness and his wellbeing and as the six-year-old started 10/1 shot that day it seems safe to assume he can improve again for the race. Up seven pounds for that win he won’t find life as easy now but has the scope to go from there and add a few more races to his CV.

6 WATER WAGTAIL – A decent sort when performing to the best of his abilities and with two wins from his seventeen starts over fences, both over this sort of trip. He was still going well enough when falling here over further on his last run in March over further and looks overpriced if he can repeat that effort this afternoon granted a clear round.

7 SNOWBALL – Has to carry three pounds more than his allotted mark this afternoon which has to be seen as a negative for a trainer in the middle of a quiet patch with just the one (losing) recent runner. Last time out David Arbuthnot’s ten-year-old grey was a twenty-two length fourth at Towcester in May and although effective off a weight he can win from, he has a bit to prove for the moment.
