MOSKOVITE has been first past the post in both a point and a bumper so far, making a smart impression on both occasions. She is a half-sister to a Grade 3 placed mare so clearly there is plenty more to come from her. Tintangle and Mary B are both open to plenty more progression, while Court Maid could outrun her big price.

Getoutameway silk
J: Mr A. McMahon T: W. P. Mullins, Ireland
Had to wait until her fifth start to get off the mark, her limitations well exposed at Listed level last time. Shapes like she is going to need considerably further once she goes hurdling. Others open to a little more progression than she is.
Masons Daughter silk

Has had plenty of opportunities but just the sole win to show for them. Shaped well enough in a Listed contest in September and has had a run over hurdles last time to blow away the cobwebs. Needs a bit more if she is to contain those with less experience.

J: Mr B. O'Neill T: Denis Hogan, Ireland
Winner of both a point and a bumper, losing the former after a positive sample. The yard also have her half sister who is Grade 3 placed so she comes with plenty of potential. Looks a smart recruit and a great angle into the contest.

Motown Girl

Debut run behind Getaway Katie Mai took a big boost last week with that one landing an Aintree bumper. Bitterly disappointing when last seen at the Dublin Festival, shaping as if something were amiss. Capable of getting involved if that can be excused.
Portnablagh silk
J: Mr J. J. Codd T: Gordon Elliott, Ireland
Winner of both her starts thus far, a point and a bumper. Stamina looked her strong suit in the latter at Cork, needing every inch on desperate ground to get her head in front. Clearly capable of better but others look speedier individuals.
Sapphire Lady silk
Sapphire Lady
J: Mr W. J. Gleeson T: W. P. Mullins, Ireland
Picked up a weak bumper on debut, unable to defy a penalty the only other time she has been seen. Both of those runs came on a much better surface than she will encounter here. This is a deeper field as well so she has plenty on her plate.
Tintangle silk
J: Miss N. Carberry T: Gordon Elliott, Ireland
Pitched straight into Grade 2 level on debut, clearly well regarded by connections. She stepped up on that hugely when winning at Down Royal in her only subsequent start, showing off an impressive engine. Needs plenty of respect with more to come from her.
Court Maid silk
Court Maid
J: Mr F. Maguire T: Thomas Mullins, Ireland
Didn’t build on her debut third when filling the same spot last time. She clearly has an engine, doing well to stay as close as she did given her refusal to settle there. Well regarded by connections, she may well be capable of outrunning her price.
Madera Express silk
Madera Express
J: Mr D. L. Queally T: Peter Fahey, Ireland
Point winner, she shaped as if stamina is her strong suit when third on her bumper debut. Looks a nice long term recruit, it would be a huge surprise were she to have enough toe to beat more precocious rivals now.
Questionation silk
J: Mr N. McParlan T: Adrian McAllister, Ireland
Shown very little in bumpers and points, rather thrown in the deep end here. Very easy to pass her over on this occasion.
Mary B silk
Mary B
J: Mr R. Deegan T: Charles Byrnes, Ireland
Very well supported when making a winning debut at Gowran. The form of that contest is nothing special, but she only had to be pushed out under hands and heels to come away comfortably. She still looked very green there so better is expected but others may prove too streetwise for her.
