VOGUEATTI broke her duck over this course and distance, a return here in August saw her placed from this mark in a better contest than this. That leaves her looking overpriced in this contest. Ourmullion is only three pounds higher than when winning here in September, the return to synthetics is in his favour. Andok has been a smidge disappointing given how he started his career, but the impression remains that he is capable of better. Al Kout won on his debut, a pricey purchase in the past, the market is worth watching for his chances.

Ice Royal (IRE) | J: Dougie Costello T: Jamie Osborne
Steps back up in trip to 1m 2f following a decent win in a Class 4 handicap at this track last time out. A 6lb penalty will certainly make life tougher but the form of his latest victory is rock solid. Respected.

Eltezam (IRE) | J: Joey Haynes T: Amanda Perrett
Sole success in 16 starts came in a Haydock maiden in May 2015. He's become a frustrating sort having produced some mixed form although his latest effort over 1m 2f was solid enough. Likely to bump into one again here.

Waarif (IRE) | J: Martin Harley T: David O'Meara
Finished 4 3/4 lengths behind Ice Royal at Chelmsford last time out. He's open to progression and the step back up in trip to 1m 2f should bring more out of him. Holds a decent claim if he doesn't blow his chance at the start.

Tha'ir (IRE) | J: Luke Morris T: Michael Appleby
Ex-Godolphin runner and he's slipped down the handicap at an alarming rate. He races off a mark of 80 again today having shown much improved form in a Wolverhampton Claimer last time out but that form may not be worth a huge amount.

Wimpole Hall | J: David Probert T: William Jarvis
Hasn't produced much of note since returning to action from a lengthy break. He's down another 3lbs in the weights today which will evidently help his cause but he needs to prove he retains his ability.

Breanski | J: Adam Kirby T: David O'Meara
Useful 3yo for David O'Meara and he goes in search of a double today. He won a mile contest in commanding fashion at Newcastle last time out and a 5lb higher mark is entirely fair. Respected albeit racing from stall 12.

Tangramm | J: Charles Bishop T: Dean Ivory
Recorded an incredible run of victories for this yard last year but he's had a barren 2017. He's produced some fair form but he's looked weighted up to his best and a mark of 78 still leaves him with questions to answer this season.

Al Kout | J: Tom Marquand T: Heather Main
Interesting sort who only made his debut as a 3yo last month. He won in decent fashion and he's open to any amount of improvement off a mark of 80. The market will guide best in what looks to be an open Class 4 handicap.

Andok (IRE) | J: Jack Garritty T: Richard Fahey
Solid turf form this season and his latest effort at Newcastle was encouraging on All-Weather debut. He races off a 2lb higher mark today and whilst racing from a poor draw in stall 13, remains well-handicapped and should go well.

Vogueatti (USA) | J: Daniel Muscutt T: Marco Botti
Won a C&D maiden on her second career start, the return to this track could see her in a better light. She was placed from this mark in a stronger contest than this in August, a repeat of that would see her right in the mix, she looks well overpriced in this contest.

Ourmullion | J: Josephine Gordon T: John Best
Winning run came to a halt at Windsor last time out when well-beaten on Soft ground. The switch back to this C&D is a major positive and he's only 3lbs higher than when successful here in September. Respected.

Peace And Plenty | J: Martin Dwyer T: William Muir
Finally got his head in-front last time out following a string of placed efforts. He's been raised 4lbs which leaves him racing off a career high mark but he's a C&D winner so he's tricky to discount.

The Eagle's Nest (IRE) | J: Jamie Spencer T: Rae Guest
Makes his stable debut for Rae Guest today having been purchased following a Class 5 handicap success in October. He races off a 3lb higher mark today and the booking of Jamie Spencer is positive for the yard. Conditions should suit and he's open to improvement.
